You can still reserve a Tag Heuer MERIDIIST mobile phone, but what we’re all waiting for is the release of the brand’s luxurious Link smartphone.  It’s due out sometime this month.

Our friends at PSFK gave us a sneak peek at the Link smartphone.  As fans of Tag Heuer men’s and women’s timepieces, this little glimpse left us wanting to see more of this handsome mobile phone.

The $6,800 Tag Heuer Link smartphone is made of materials ranging from diamonds to rubber.  The luxe smartphone’s back can be customized with gold, calfskin or alligator. The Link mobile phone has a 5 megapixel auto-focus HD camera, 256MB of memory, 3.5 inch screen, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi and a patented reversible time display unit.  JustLuxe.com offers additional details about the soon-to-be-released luxury smartphone.

Ok, we have to agree that the Tag Heuer Link smartphone has outdated specs, but it is nonetheless a dashing looking phone, especially for you gents who like to splurge on your accessories.  Matching your mobile phone to your watch?  Eh, why not?
