Cleansing? What is that?

If you’re in fashion and beauty and you’ve never done an internal cleanse, then you’re just not in the know. Heck, if you live in California and you’ve never had colon hydrotherapy, then you may be beyond our help!

Big fans of the Arise & Shine cleanse, we recently went in search of something a bit simpler with less pills and powder for busy fashionistas on the move and discovered Ritual Cleanse. Being down with the whole cleanse thing, we were happy to interview co-founder Marra St. Clair from Ritual Cleanse so we could learn more about their products.

FMM:  How did your company get started?

RC: Ritual Cleanse was born from the idea that there must be . . . A better way to cleanse.  Lori and I were friends and workout partners.  Lori had been sick and struggled to get back the energy that she had lost from multiple rounds of antibiotics.  I suggested she try a cleanse and that is where our research began.  Underwhelmed and unimpressed by the powders, pills and no-organic juice cleanses on the market, we thought … there must be a better way to cleanse.

FMM:  You say your product is perfect for any kind of person.  What makes it so universal?

RC: The average person can not halt their entire life for three or more days to cleanse.  Ritual is designed to allow people to continue on with their daily schedule and even to exercise while cleansing.  Both Lori and I are active and love working out, so it was really important to us to be able to exercise while on the cleanse.

FMM:  Why would you recommend a cleanse to people?

RC: I absolutely believe that juice cleansing is here to stay … because it works.
