Even the tiniest of small businesses are realizing the importance of social media these days. We love this infographic that Mashable recently featured. The infographic was designed by Postling, a company dedicated to creating tools to help small businesses deal with the challenges that affect them.

Most of us are visual to some degree, so we’re all for a pretty picture backed by research that can help people grow their small businesses and develop their social media strategies.

It is really interesting the results from statistics that show the relationship between small businesses and social networks(Twitter and Facebook). So based on these results, we notice that there is more interactivity in Twitter but the more traffic in businnes sites happens in Facebook. It seems that more and more businesses are engaged into social newtorks in order to communicate with the public and I truly agree that businesses should engage with both social networks if they want to start building a relationship with their public!
