Most girls don’t admit it, but we do shop at Lands’ End, and even Eddie Bauer. Look, when it’s cold, it’s cold and we need to stay toasty. They sell warm stuff, and we buy it, especially in 50-degree LA winters.

This month, Land’s End launched the Land’s End eCatalog app with enhanced service functions developed for the iPad. The Lands’ End eCatalog allow users to flip through pages, zoom in on styles, bookmark pages of interest and shop.

The free app is available in the Apple app store and at LandsEnd.com.  It is compatible with the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.  The digital catalog will be available via the app days before the paper version, which is a nice incentive for going paperless.

“With millions of Apple products sold every year, more shoppers are turning to mobile commerce to get what they want,” said Susan Sachatello, chief marketing officer, Lands’ End. “As a company dedicated to customer service, we want to provide easy and convenient access for our customers so they can shop Lands’ End however they choose through our catalogs, online and now with a mobile App.” — Source: PR Newswire
