I love growth and expansion. Having @FleurDeOui run a piece of your life is divine :) Hopefully @MJDarlington doesn't get too jealous.
Not Just A Label: Supporting Avant-garde Fashion Designers

Not Just A Label (“NJAL”) is leading global business directory, which features cutting-edge fashion designers, and supports individuality and the spirit of creativity. NJAL offers a community where talent can grow and visionaries can meet collaborators. This website offers several benefits to its members.
NJAL is a free tool for designers, and functions as an online showroom. Designers can create a look book, making their designs globally accessible. Designers can sell their merchandise through the NJAL shop, cutting out the expense of the middle man. NJAL receives a commission off the retail price for all sales made through its platform.
Navigating through the NJAL site, members can access several helpful departments. The designer directory is indexed by alphabetical, country, womenswear, menswear, shoes, bags, accessories, jewelery, and organic. The yellow pages are split into buyers and stores, designer services, manufacturing, photographers, and showrooms and PR. There are departments featuring articles, interviews, schools, jobs, events and a black board. Additionally, there is a section to set up a look book, and the shop is a must-see.
NJAL reports that many of their designers have been discovered by international press and recruited by well known retailers and prestigious fashion houses through its website. Many celebrities like Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Fergie, Elle McPherson and Katie Holmes, support NJAL designers.
NJAL is committed to helping today’s avant-garde designers nurture their talents and market their brands. And as most FMM readers know, we all about online tools that help emerging fashion designers flourish

A source tells us, “their new website will have improved navigation, an updated online shop and an enhanced directory. At the forefront of digital fashion, NJAL’s site will be easy accessible for media, press, designers, consumers and aficionados.” [...]
