Unique LA Indie Fashion TradeshowDuring the Unique LA Show, we discovered four Los Angeles based accessories designers that we just felt everyone had to know. We let them tell you their stories in video. Their contact information is below each video.

Unique LA Designer Discovery: Anamu Handbags

What happens to vintage scarves after they’re discarded? Usually, they end up in a pile full of cast offs at the Fairfax Flea Market, most likely never to be worn again.  That is until Ana Maria Munoz  of Anamu Designs rescues them and turns these once abandoned beauties into handcrafted creations worthy of any woman’s arm. You can follow Anamu on Twitter @Anamu or visit their website at AnamuOnline.com.

Unique LA Designer Discovery: Astali Jewelry

This line has been featured in just about every international magazine you can think of, but it’s the first time we’ve seen it in the US. Shame on us. Astali is leading the of the industrial chic trend that’s quickly taking root coast to coast. You can follow Astali on Twitter @Astali or visit them online at Astali.com.

Unique LA Designer Discovery: DeKoeyer Designs

We can’t say enough about Ms. DeKoeyer; her collection stopped us in our tracks. This wildly creative contemporary, yet sophisticated and chic, line will capture your heart. You can find Jennifer DeKoeyer online at JDeKoeyer.com and shop her amazing collections.

Unique LA Designer Discovery: Raven + Lily

Do you ever wonder where Cythnia Vincent and Trina Turk donate their production remnants?  They send them to Raven + Lily for a little HOPE. Hope Gardens is a transitional housing facility for women and children formerly living on the streets of Los Angles. Non-profit organization Raven + Lily recycles LA based designer’s production remmants into materials the residents of Hope Gardens turn into amazing up-cycled jewelry collections. You can find Raven + Lily online or visit their wonderful blog.
