Tickle Me Tuesday: The Bra That Cosabella Built

Submitted by Macala Wright on 04/14/2009 – 2:59 amComments

Tickle Me Tuesdays has become my favorite topic to write about. I feel it’s fitting to put it under “Retail Therapy” as well. I know there are hundreds of blogs about fashion, style and clothing – Tuesdays are my contribution. This Tuesday is dedicated to one of the most amazing bras I’ve ever purchased.

As a petite, yet naturally busty girl, I have one heck of time finding bras that actually fit. Just because something is my size doesn’t mean it’s going to flatter me or support me. And as 30 approaches, the girls don’t sit site where they did freshman year of college. They need a bit pick me up.

As I looked through the Cosabella site, I found the Molded Marlene Balconette Bra. The bra had a nice silhouette and looked as if it would work well with v-necks and simple, classic necklines (it said it did). So I purchased it. Once I received it, it was put to the test. The test of: “Can I wear you at work for 12 hours without being stabbed, poked, cut or suffering for major shoulder fatigue?”

The findings: Comfortable, stayed in place and no painful cuts (which are often the result of an improper fitting bra). The Marelene is a great alternative to the Le Mystere Tisha Bra. New basic necessity. My Cosabella bra definitely gives my favorite basics from Huit, Fantasie &  Freya a run for their money (with out the Lisa Charmel price).

This bra works with the majority of your wardrobe and comes in the necessary basic colors. If you need a fuller coverage versions, I found one at Zappos that I’m off to purchase next.
